WP InstantPay Download List
The Download List is used access the status of your customer’s download activity.
Each column header in the Download List that has an Up/Down arrow icon indicates it may be sorted when clicked.
The Downloads column indicates how many more times the customer may download the product. The Days Left column displays how many days are remaining to download (a negative number indicates it has Expired). Lastly, the Status column will indicate Active or Expired.
- Reset Download Meter
If a customer needs to download the product after the link expires, you may locate them in this list and click the Reset Download Meter button. This action will clear the customer’s download activity so they can start over.
- View Product Details
Clicking this button will load the product record into the Editing form for you to work with.
The Download List supports an unlimited number of download records.
