WP InstantPay Support Options
Tecnhical support for WP Instant pay is best obtained by sending an email to iPay Support (please be certain to include your Registration Key). Email support is provided free of charge to our customers on a first-come, first-serve basis. Support requests are generally answered within 24 hours, excluding holidays
Please do not submit multiple support requests as this will just keep forcing yours to the bottom of the queue and delay our response to you.
If you require us to install or re-install WP InstantPay, there is a $20 installation fee, payable in advance. If we are unable to complete the installation for any reason, this fee will be refunded to you.
When requesting installation support, please provide the following details:
- WordPress Admin Login Credentials
- cPanel Login Credentials
- FTP Login Credentials (if different from cPanel)
- Registration Key (Issued at the time of Purchase)
Telephone support is available at the rate of $50 per instance (30 minutes), payable in advance and is non-refundable. When making your payment, please indicate 3 dates/times convenient for you to be contacted and send a copy of your PayPal receipt to iPay Support. NOTE: We recommend you use this tier of support only as a last resort - most issues are readily solved via email.
